Predoctoral Trainee in Economics

The core macroeconomics sequence Anna took last year sparked her interest in both global and national economics. The courses have shown her that economic modeling comes from observation of population data — macroeconomists study human interactions and create or improve models based on the data. She intends to become a macroeconomist and believes that the mentorship and seminars in the PSTC will help her to discover ways of thinking that will aid her in her future research as a graduate student and beyond.
