Predoctoral Trainee in Sociology

Sraboni’s research interests focus primarily on gender, development and institutions in South Asia. Her current project examines whether participation in community-based groups in rural Bangladesh influences men and women’s ability to make claims as citizens of the state, as well as spousal agreement on various aspects of decision-making within the household.
