NICHD Fellowships 2014-2015

Jennifer Bouek (Sociology) studies health and inequality. Read more about her year as a PSTC fellow doing field work in food pantries, writing about about food insecurity and emergency food assistance, and collaborating with her PSTC mentor. 


David Glick (Economics) conducts research on inequality and poverty. Read more about his year as a PSTC fellow working on his research by conducting a pilot survey on water quality and availability in India as well as a small-scale data collection project. 

 

Bryan Moorefield (Anthropology) studies "guestworkers” and farmworkers, transnational labor, migration, and kinship in Mexico and southern United States. Read more about his year as a PSTC fellow completing classwork and preparing for a year of research in Mexico and Florida. 


Ida Sahlu
 (Public Health) researches infectious diseases, maternal and child health, migration, and treatment interventions in low-resource settings. Read more about her year as a PSTC fellow developing her dissertation proposal, meeting with her research team, and traveling to Burkina Faso.
