    Congratulations to our Biostatistics students who won posters at the 2023 School of Public Health Research Day! Over 70 Public Health students presented their posters on Tuesday, April 4th at Alumnae Hall at the 24th annual Public Health Research Day.

    Welcome to Brown University's School of Public Health Department of Biostatistics. Biostatistics is a highly dynamic and rapidly expanding field of study. By developing new quantitative methods and making innovative applications to substantive and demanding scientific problems, biostatisticians play a central role in the advancement of biomedical and biotechnology and in public health research. Demand for advanced expertise in biostatistics continues to be high in academia and in the public and private sectors. Brown University's Department of Biostatistics educates and trains our future biostatisticians.
