The Brown Statistics Seminar Series is proud to welcome Francesca Dominici, PhD, Professor of Biostatistics and Senior Associate Dean for Research at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Dominici will join us on Monday, 8 February 2016, to present her seminar entitled "An Approach to Adjust for Confounding in the Presence of Multivariate Exposures". Dr. Dominici has been with the Harvard Chan School as a tenured Professor of Biostatistics since 2009. She was appointed Associate Dean of Information Technology in 2011 and Senior Associate Dean for Research in 2013. Dr. Dominici is a passionate data scientist; her research focusing on the development of statistical methods for the analysis of large and complex data. She was recently recognized in Thomson Reuter's 2015 list of the most highly cited researchers, ranking in the top 1% of scientists cited in her field.
