The Miriam Hospital Medical Staff Association sponsors the annual award, which recognizes a Miriam physician for "outstanding leadership over a lifetime of service" and who "exemplifies professionalism and leadership in a variety of ways, to include open communication, collaboration, cooperation, commitment, and integrity."
Matthew S. Duprey, PharmD, PhD, is one of two recipients for the inaugural Borten Family Foundation Junior Investigator Awardees from the American Delirium Society. These awardees are recognized for their significant contributions to the field of delirium research as well as their long-standing contributions to the ADS community.

Sarah was a star in many respects from leading the Aging SIG to working with Dr. Kali Thomas at the Center for Gerontology on an important geriatric topic “Healthcare Utilization Among Older Adults Living in Subsidized Housing. She has been proactive in disseminating geriatric content and opportunities within the medical school and the Aging Scholarly Concentration. We look forward to a stellar career in aging.
