ACADEMYHEALTH

For over 30 years, AcademyHealth's Annual Research Meeting (ARM) has been the premier forum for health services research, where attendees gather to discuss the health policy and health system implications of research findings, sharpen research methods, and network with colleagues from around the world. The 2016 ARM is expected to be the largest meeting ever, with over 2,500 attendees.

HSR researchers Vince Mor, Denise Tyler, Kali Thomas, Renee ShieldPedro Gozalo, Amal Trivedi, Maricruz Rivera-Hernandez, Momotazur (Shantu) Rahman and Rosa Baier delivered podium and poster presentations at the 2016 ARM in Boston on  June 25 and 26, 2016. Joining them, PhD students John McHugh, Jessica Roydhouse, Andrew Zullo, Megan Cole, Yordanos Tiruneh, Sarah Gordon, Shaun Forbes, Bora Youn,  Margot Schwartz and Cyrus Kosar, who delivered poster presentations in addition to the podium presentations given by Jessica Roydhouse, Megan Cole, John McHugh and Andrew Zullo. Ira Wilson, Department Chair, feels the department is well represented, saying "Our outstanding faculty are leaders in the field of health services research and their collaborations with our students are producing the next generation of world-class health services researchers."
