Professor Vince Mor has been a thesis advisor for more than 30 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students and mentored more than 50 graduate and doctoral students spanning his 40+ year career as a gerontological researcher and faculty member in community health and health services research. Professor Mor has been at Brown since 1981.

Omar Galárraga is a health economist who works in three areas of applied health economics research: (1) behavioral economics including economic incentives for behavior change, (2) evaluation of health care reform initiatives including social health insurance, and (3) financing and cost-effectiveness of health care programs. He has more than 50 peer-reviewed publications in public health, health economics, and health services research journals.
