The Systematic Review Data Repository

The Systematic Review Data Repository (SRDR) is an open collaborative Web-based repository of systematic review data. We hope this resource will serve as both a central archive and data extraction tool, shared among and freely accessible to organizations producing systematic reviews worldwide. A suite of easy-to-use software tools with a web front-end enables researchers to seamlessly search for and incorporate previously deposited data into their own reviews, as well as contribute their own.

Abstrackr

Software for (semi-automated?!) abstract screening for systematic reviews. At present, abstrackr is a free, open-source tool for facilitating the citation screening process. Upload your abstracts, invite reviewers, and get to screening!

We are currently integrating machine learning technologies to semi-automate the screening process. Already, abstrackr will prioritize the screening of those articles most likely relevant to the review at hand. In the near-future, it will screen out irrelevant citations for you, automagically.

Open Meta-Analyst

Open Meta-Analyst (OMA) is cross-platform, completely open-source software for performing meta-analyses of binary, continuous, or diagnostic data. Pooling can be done using a variety fixed and random-effects methods, including Bayesian and maximum likelihood analysis. Open Meta-Analyst also enables you to do cumulative, leave-one-out, subgroup, and meta-regression analyses.

OpenMEE

OpenMEE (OME) is a cross-platform open source meta-analysis tool based on OpenMetaAnalyst suited to the needs of evolutionary biologists and ecologists. Unlike other ecological meta-analysis tools, in addition to cumulative, leave-one-out, and subgroup analysis, it supports meta-regression with multiple covariates and will eventually support the incorporation of phylogenetics into meta-analyses.
