The Rhode Island Community-Academic Partnership for Behavioral Health (RICAP) is a collaboration between Brown University and the Substance Use and Mental Health Leadership Council of Rhode Island. The mission of the Leadership Council is to promote a collaborative, coordinated system of high quality, comprehensive community-based mental health and substance abuse prevention and treatment services.
