The Center for the Study of Race + Ethnicity in America (CSREA) invites you to an informal, lunchtime conversation with Professor Ayanna Howard, Professor and Linda J. and Mark C. Smith Endowed Chair in Bioengineering in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She also holds the position of Associate Chair for Faculty Development in ECE.

This discussion presents an opportunity to learn more about her research and experiences in the field of Bioengineering, and talk about challenges faced by historically underrepresented groups (HUGs) in STEM fields.
