What I Am Thinking About Now: Colin Channer, “Wheel and come again: poems from a second collection—perhaps"

CSREA, Lippitt House, 96 Waterman Street

Please join us on Wednesday, October 25, 12-1pm for a "What I Am Thinking About Now" presentation from Colin Channer, Assistant Professor of Literary Arts at Brown University, titled "Wheel and come again: poems from a second collection—perhaps."

The making of a poetry collection is a process of logic, knowledge, instinct, hunch and guess. Eileen Myles called Channer's 2015 debut Providential "... one of the most lucid and telling books of this exact time." This reading and reasoning is a gestural sketching of a possible what-next.

"What I Am Thinking About Now" is an on-going informal workshop/seminar series to which faculty and graduate students are invited to present and discuss recently published work and work in progress. All are invited to attend and participate.

RSVP to [email protected]. Snacks and caffeine will be provided.
