This workshop will offer feedback on working papers and extended abstracts on writing that focuses on anti-racist feminist organizing and welcomes submissions from all disciplines. Doctoral students and emerging scholars are encouraged to submit their papers to workshop organizers in order to receive feedback from other participants as well as editors from Gender, Work & Organization. The workshop will include facilitated-breakout discussions among participants as well as broader discussions on the opportunities and challenges associated with writing through critical race and gender lenses. The workshop will also offer insights on publishing manuscripts at the journal.

All materials will be shared with workshop participants and editors in order to encourage productive dialogue and foster support for writing.
Participants will receive the link for the workshop after their paper has been submitted.
