In my dissertation I examine the links between health, wealth, and education. I am analyzing a 15-year panel data in Ethiopia, India, Peru, and Vietnam to examine the effects of childhood health, and family wealth on later educational progression and performance. Earlier projects I worked on as lead researcher include examination of contraception adoption and the timing of reproductive milestones among Ethiopian women, and population level estimation of infertility in Indonesia using data from multiple waves of the Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS).
