~ Soups and Starters ~

SOUP OF THE DAY. Homestyle soup prepared daily by our Executive Chef using the finest of ingredients. Ask your server for today's selection.

NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER. A classic combination of Clams, Potatoes, and Onions in a hearty cream broth.

VEGETARIAN FRENCH ONION SOUP. Prepared with Spanish and Bermuda Onions, Roasted Garlic served with a Parmesan Crouton and topped with melted Swiss and Provolone cheese and Crispy Onions.

 

~ Salads ~

BEET NAPOLITANO. Toasted Pistachio, Goat Cheese, Cucmuber, Lemon Honey Vinaigrette, and Fresh Greens.

SALMON & FARRO. Bell Pepper, Carrots, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Feta, Arugula, Lemon, and Olive Oil.

HONEY PECAN. Fresh Greens, Blue Cheese Crumble, Candied Pecans, Dried Cranberry, Crisp Apple, and Honey Balsamic.

CAESAR SALAD. Crisp Romaine tossed with our own Caesar dressing, Focaccia Croutons and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese with your choice of grilled Chicken or grilled Portabella Mushroom.

COBB SALAD. Mixed Greens, Bacon Turkey, Avocado, Tomato, Egg, and Blue Cheese. 

Add Portobello Mushrooms, Salmon or Grilled Chicken to any salad!

~ Pizza ~

MEDITERRANEAN PIZZA. Fresh Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Roasted Pepper, Artichoke, Spinach, and Kalamata Olives.

CONFUSED ITALIAN. Andouille Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Fresh Tomato Sauce.

 

~ Our Gourmet Sandwiches ~

AVOCADO TOAST. Arugula, Tomato, Avocado, Ancho Chile Aioli on Grilled Sourdough.

HAM BAGUETTE. Gruyere, Sliced Egg, Cucumber, Tarragon, with Dijon Aioli.

GRILLED CHICKEN. Prosciutto, Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, Balsamic Glaze on Crisp Ciabatta.

OPEN FACED SEARED SALMON. Creole Remoulade, Roasted Fennel & Cucumber Slaw, Beefsteak Tomato served on Grilled Whole Grain bread.

*BROWN BEAR BURGER. Eight ounces of ground Angus Beef charbroiled and served on a Brioche Bun with Arugula, Beefsteak Tomato, Thousand Island dressing and a side of Crisp Potatoes. Add Cheddar, or Braised Onions.

CUP OF SOUP AND HALF SANDWICH. Enjoy a cup of any of our freshly prepared soups and half of Avocado Toast, Ham Baguette, or Grilled Chicken sandwich.

All our gourmet sandwiches are served with your choice of Club Fries, Seasonal fruit or Wild Field Greens unless otherwise noted.

Community HarvestOur sandwiches are served on a variety of freshly baked whole grain breads from local bakeries.  We purchase from the farms of Farm Fresh Rhode Island and many other local vendors.

If you wish an item or preparation not listed above, please inform your Club Manager.  Please inform your server of any food allergies.
