This year's theme, 'OUT at Work: Staying true to self in the workplace,' seeks to address the concerns, barriers, possibilities and realities of entering into a work environment that may or may not affirm one's intersecting identities as queer and trans individuals. This daylong LGBTQ+ community event will consist of a tea hour, breakout sessions and a panel discussion with alumni who will share their experiences in the workplace.
