Careers in the Common Good Winternships
This "mini-internships" undergraduate program (formerly known as Innovate Winter Break) facilitates professional opportunities at social enterprise and nonprofit organizations in Boston, New York City, San Francisco, Providence and Washington, D.C. for two weeks over winter break. Students gain hands-on experience working with innovative agencies while building concrete professional skills through the completion of a tangible project.
2020 CCG Winternship application deadline is October 24, 2019

All interns are awarded a modest stipend of $350 to help offset food and local commuting expenses. Students should already have access to housing in the city in which they are interested in interning.
Applicants must be active Brown undergraduate students (students graduating in December 2019 are not eligible) and may not have previously participated in the CCG Winternships (formerly Innovate Winter Break) program in a previous year.
Students with all concentrations and work histories are encouraged to apply.
Previous participation in a BrownConnect Summer Signature program does not prevent you from participating in CCG Winternships. Students may participate in CCG Winternships and still apply for a BrownConnect Signature Program or LINK award in a future summer.
Log into BrownConnect and search "CCG Winternships [Host city name here]" — depending on your city of interest. Be sure to fill in your chosen host city name and use quotations to find the correct listing.
To apply, submit your resume and personal statement for the city position posting in Handshake.
Students may apply to one first-choice employer in each city, as long as you already have access to housing in each city (friends, family, etc). Students may apply to internships in a maximum of two (2) cities.
Application deadline: October 24, 2019.
