Brown Graduate Resources for Improving Professional Structures (B-GRIPS) is a peer resource program for master's and doctoral students. It aims to:

  1. Provide a peer-based, low-barrier resource for all graduate students that helps them problem solve and identify resources and options;
  2. Collect non-identifying information about experiences and concerns that are brought forward by graduate students and compile them into a publicly available annual report; and
  3. Provide programming to inform graduate students about B-GRIPS and provide access to additional wellness resources.

B-GRIPS Fellows are trained in conflict mediation and are available for confidential consultations about all aspects of the graduate student experience.
