Professional Staff 

Kimberly Millette

Program Director

Kimberly was a military student herself: she served six years in the U.S. Air Force and began her undergraduate studies while still on active duty. While in the service, she was awarded a Joint Service Commendation medal for her work as an Intelligence Analyst. After her honorable discharge as an E-5 in 2012, she continued her studies, eventually earning a bacehlor's degree in Business Administration Management from the University of Florida, and her master's degree in College Student Affairs with emphasis in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University.

Conall Finn

Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Conall is a third-year RUE student studying Business Economics. He served in the US Army for five years as an Arabic Cryptologic Linguist. Before coming to Brown, he studied at Johnson and Wales University and the Defense Language Institute. Conall interned the previous summer in Verizon's Finance Leadership Development Program and will be returning there next summer. 

Tiara Young   

Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Tiara Young is a sophomore studying Biochemistry. She was in the U.S. Marine Corps for five years serving as an Avionics Calibration Technician. Tiara is a member of the New Scientist Collective, volunteers for the Brown Annual Fund's Student Philanthropy Council, and performs undergraduate research in the Chemistry Department. Her current future plans are to attend medical school. school.  

Katie Yetter

Programming Coordinator

Katie is currently a third year Resumed Undergraduate Education Student studying Cognitive Neuroscience. She served five years in the United States Marine Corps as an F-35B Safety Equipment Mechanic. She also works on a farm, which is one of her favorite hobbies.

Troy Falco  

Programming Coordinator

Troy is a first year RUE student planning on concentrating in mathematics. He served five years in the US Army as an Infantryman. Troy is passionate about music, and has collected nearly 1,000 vinyl records in the last ten years. Currently, he is undecided about what he will do after graduating Brown, but he looks forward to figuring it out!  

Haeun Baek

Programming Coordinator

Haeun is a first-year RUE student interested in studying Environmental Science. She served in the United States Army for five years as a Tactical Power Generation Equipment Specialist and a Battalion Sponsorship Coordinator. Before arriving to Brown, she attended Howard Community College in Maryland. After Brown, she is interested in working in the government sector or a career in environmental consulting.

Jordan Ecker 

Graduate Programming Coordinator

Jordan Ecker is a graduate student in the Department of Education at Brown University. Before coming to Providence, she worked as an English teacher in Korea and Austria through the Fulbright program after finishing her undergraduate degrees in Global Studies and English at the University of Minnesota in 2017. Having been fortunate in growing up the daughter of an Army combat medic, she wants to contribute to the military community as a teacher in the Department of Defense Education Activities (DODEA) school system. She also plans to continue her education in national security and military studies after finishing her program at Brown. In her free time, she enjoys long runs, skiing, Mexican food, and international travel.

Paul Krupski 


Paul is a second-year transfer student concentrating in Computer Science. Prior to enrolling at Brown he served for five years in the US Marine Corps doing computer networking. Upon graduating in 2023 he plans to work as a Software Engineer within the financial sector.   

Maxx Cummings

Digital Communications Coordinator

Maxx is a senior studying Business, Entrepreneurship and Organizations. He served in the Air Force for 4 years as a firefighter. After Brown, Maxx is interested in Management Consulting or Private Equity.

Jason Uilelea 

Special Projects Coordinator

Jason is a first year student planning to concentrate in Medical Anthropology and Health and Human Biology. He served 10 years as a line medic in the US Army. He plans to go to medical school following Brown.

Gerilyn Maselli (Army ROTC Liaison)

Commissioning Programs Coordinator

Gerilyn is a sophomore studying International and Public Affairs. She is an Army ROTC cadet. Gerilyn plays on the women's rugby team, and outside of school, she can be found kayaking, hiking, or reading a good book. After graduation, she'd like to branch Military Intelligence and is interested in attending law school or other higher education. 

Raquel Ruiter (Air Force ROTC Liaison) 

Commissioning Programs Coordinator

Raquel is a sophomore in the Air Force ROTC program studying International Relations and Economics. After she serves in the Air Force, she plans to attend business school. At Brown, Raquel enjoys studying Russian and visiting every bakery she can find in Providence.
