Taylor Smalley joined the Carney team in May 2024. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she studied business and hospitality management. Taylor has over ten years of experience in administration, project support and recruitment. In her role, Taylor manages faculty affairs processes for the Carney Institute and serves as a high-level project manager in support of the Director's recruitment goals and special projects.
