The Service Response Center is a comprehensive operation dedicated to the service needs of the University community. Our primary goal is to serve as a liaison between our campus constituencies, which include students, faculty and staff and the Department of Facilities Management.

Work order assessment is facilitated through the Center. The Center is responsible for the notification, coordination and subsequent dissemination of information concerning planned and emergency related facilities work notices throughout campus.

The Center directly manages Planon Self Service (PSS) a web based application that enables the campus community to Request Service on-line and monitor the status of requests and work orders.
