2. Download Windows version

3. Extract ZIP file

4. Run PTZApp EXE

5. Click Next

6. Click Yes

7. Click Next twice

download the Mac version
Unzip the downloaded zip file and run AVerPTZApp_1.4.1087.90.pkg
Continue through the installation and accept default install options (a restart will be required)
Click restart to complete the installation
