Uninstall any earlier versions of this software prior to installing the new version.

Be sure to close all applications and verify that your operating system meets the system requirements.

Download the Jabber Video Client using the link provided.
Double-click the install_jabber.exe after download
Follow the on-screen prompts.
Accept the End User License agreement by clicking "Agree."
Enter your "[email protected]" and password. Click "Continue."
A Cisco Sign-on dialog will appear with your Brown username. Enter your password to sign in.
The Jabber client is ready for use.

Download the Jabber client using the link provided.
Open Cisco Jabber from the Downloads folder.
When asked if you want to open this installer downloaded from the internet, click "Open."
Follow the on-screen prompts.
