Be sure to close all applications and verify that your operating system meets the system requirements.

FileMaker Pro 19 is not compatible with older versions FileMaker Server prior to FileMaker 18. For compatibility with older server versions, please install FileMaker 17 or 16.

Download "Install_FileMaker19.4.exe" and install FileMaker Pro using the link provided.
Run the installer just downloaded "Install_FileMaker19.4.exe" with elevated privileges by right-clicking and choosing "Run as administrator". FileMaker installation will begin, followed by Bonjour installation. .NET v4 will install if it's not already on the computer.
Follow the on-screen prompts and accept all defaults.
Download the Update to Filemaker Pro and install
Launch FileMaker Pro.

Download the FileMaker Pro installer using the link provided.
Once downloaded, double-click on install_filemaker19.4.2.dmg to mount the disk, then double-click on Filemaker Pro-19.4.2.pkg to run the installer
When the installation is complete, navigate to /Applications/FileMaker Pro.app and confirm installation was successful

*If you encounter a prompt that states "Filemaker cannot be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software", follow these steps to proceed with installing Filemaker:

Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General
Click "Allow" for Filemaker to be installed
