Be sure to close all applications and verify that your operating system meets the system requirements.

Make sure that your computer meets the system requirements.
Install KeyAccess if not already installed.
Quit all running applications.
Click on the download link provided.
Click Save to save the installer to your desktop or other download location.
Navigate to the KaleidaGraph 4.5.4 installer and double-click on it.
Click Yes in the User Account Control window.
The Kaleidagraph setup dialog will appear. Click Next.
At the Welcome screen, click Next.
View the Read Me file and click Next.
Click Yes to accept the license agreement.
Accept the destination location and click Next.
Accept the default setup type and click Next.
Click Next to begin the installation.
If requested to register your copy of Kaleidagraph, click No.
On first launch, you will be prompted to enter your name and organization, a serial number and authorization code. (The name and organization fields may be completed if you are upgrading from an earlier version.) You may copy the following information and paste into the appropriate fields: Serial Number: 7100765 and Authorization Code: PHAK-PKRP-JJ4E-HKUF-JDXJ

Click on the download link provided.
Double-click on KaleidaGraph-5.0.1.pkg to begin the installation
Click through the prompts in order to complete the install
Once the install is done, launch Kaleidagraph from /Applications
On first launch, you will be prompted to enter your name and organization, a serial number and authorization code. (The name and organization fields may be completed if you are upgrading from an earlier version.) You may copy the following information and paste into the appropriate fields: Serial Number: 5100317 and Authorization Code: NJAF-MN0N-PK4K-FNUF-MDLH
