KeyAccess must be installed prior to running the installer.

Be sure to close all applications and verify that your operating system meets the system requirements.

Windows Installation Instructions (click to expand)

Download the Stata installer using the link provided.
"Right-Click" Install_Stata16.1.exe from the downloads folder and select "Run as Administrator".
Follow the on-screen prompts to install Stata 16.

macOS Installation Instructions (click to expand)

Download Stata SE using the link provided on the right.
Double-click the downloaded "StataSE-16.1.pkg" file to begin installation.
Follow the on-screen instructions in the installer and accept all default install options.
When the installation is complete, launch "StataSE" from the "/Applications/Stata" folder.
