In March 2014, long-standing and unresolved debates on global governance in health reemerged. The Ebola outbreak would go on to devastate swaths of western Africa, forcing the world to reevaluate its existing global health infrastructure. This section presents six articles and two interviews that reflect on the multifaceted challenges facing the global health system today and espond to the need for reform to the system at large.
