Mel Ortiz Alvarez Selected as Oliver Cromwell Gorton Arnold Biological Pre-doctoral Fellow

Congratulations to Mel Ortiz Alvarez on being selected as an Oliver Cromwell Gorton Arnold Biological Pre-doctoral Fellow.   

Established in 1913 at the bequest of Oliver Henry Arnold, Class of 1865, in memory of his father for postgraduate work in the Biology Department.   The designation of a meritorious student is made by the Associate Dean for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies in consultation with Graduate Program Directors.  Mel is a rising second-year student in the Peter Belenky lab.
