Samantha Kiernan, 2019

Samantha graduated from Brown University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a regional focus on China. During her time at Brown, she was a member of Brown Mock Trial, Strait Talk, and the Student Language Exchange. She studied abroad in Dublin, Ireland, and Harbin, China, and interned with the nonprofit buildOn, U.S. Department of State, and Irish Parliament. After graduating, Samantha first worked as an outreach and analysis consultant for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East and now works as a research associate in Washington, DC.
