Along with colleagues from Korea University, Drs. Jacob van den Berg and Don Operario published an article in the Asia Pacific Journal of Public Health on health disparities among transgender adults in South Korea.

Additionally, Drs. van den Berg and Michael Stein along with colleagues at the State of Rhode Island Department of Corrections published an article in Contraception on the main findings of a randomized controlled trial that assessed the efficacy of a computer-assisted motivational interviewing intervention to increase the initiation of contraceptive methods while incarcerated and continuation after release in female inmates who wanted to avoid pregnancy for at least one year post-release.
