Dr. Portis Presents Poster at ACNP

NIAAA T32 postdoctoral fellow Samantha Portis, PhD from the Clinical Neuroscience Haass-Koffler's Lab presented a poster entitled "Characterization of Alpha-1 Receptors in Individuals with Alcohol Use Disorder" at the 59th Conference of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ACNP) on December 8th, 2020!

Dr. Becker receives G. Alan Marlatt Mid-Career Research Award

On Monday, December 7th, 2020, Sara Becker, Ph.D., formally received the 2020 G. Alan Marlatt Mid-Career Research Award from the Addictive Behaviors Special Interest Group of the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies. This annual award is given to mid-career researchers whose independent, programmatic research demonstrates scientific rigor and advances evidence-based clinical practice in the addictions.
