Class meets February 6 - March 5 on Thursdays 3:30 - 5:00 PM
The Heart Practices represent the most beautiful and uplifting aspects of our human nature. They are mindfulness practices that support our best intentions and help to protect the mind from falling into habitual patterns of reactivity. Cultivating these boundless states of friendliness, compassion, joy and equanimity can transform the turbulent heart and bring forth greater ease. Class format consists of brief presentations, meditation practices, and opportunities to explore and discuss in small groups and with the whole class.
It is recommended that you have completed any mindfulness program that has included loving-kindness in its curriculum (MBSR, MB-BP, MBCT, MB-EAT, etc) before taking this class.
