For MBSR Teachers: Teaching MBSR Online - An MBI:TAC Approach

Teaching MBSR Live-Online for New Teachers

Because of the current need for social distancing, those who are just beginning to teach MBSR may need to get started online. This workshop will support new teachers, as they develop the capacity to offer MBSR online, to fully sustain conveying the ethos of MBSR. The program will define, explore and develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes new teachers need to successfully deliver MBSR online. Emphasis will be placed on organizing and pacing online sessions, and appropriately covering all necessary program elements. In this workshop, participants will learn to skillfully teach key MBSR themes and how to hold the group learning environment while online.

Prerequisite: Completion of Level 1 Teacher Training up to 3 MBSR classes taught
Format: 4 sessions, 1.5 hours via Zoom
Dates: Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 PM March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 
Tuition: $260



Teaching MBSR Live-Online: Private Consultation in Teaching Mindfulness-Based Programs Online

Open both to those who are currently teaching MBSR and other mindfulness-based programs (MBCT, MB-EAT, MB-RP & MB-BP), private consultations are available for one-to-one guidance on teaching online. These one-hour consultations are client-focused and support individual teachers in gaining skill and ease teaching mindfulness-based programs online.
