I am so grateful that you and MBSR were part of my life this spring. Being a member of the class was such a hugely important experience for me. While I initially enrolled thinking it might help my back, the course proved so valuable in a much wider way. I’ve been struggling for the last few years, and feel like I’ve been searching for a way to begin again; though I don’t know that I have found it yet, I finally feel like at least I’m on a path that might allow me to do so. And for that I am so grateful.
