Progress Report Submission Procedures
Expedited and Full Board Protocols
Here’s what we need from you to make a complete progress report submission:
- Save the signed report, together with all attachments into one PDF file. Saving all attachments into one PDF file will contribute to a more efficient and timely review.
- Email the PDF file to firstname.lastname@example.org by the deadline date mentioned in the reminder email sent from RPO.
All progress reports must be submitted to the IRB as indicated above. Progress reports that do not follow the required format will be returned to the investigator, as incomplete, without IRB review.
