On the first business day of each month, an automated process will change the status of any Pending proposals that has not been funded 18 months after submission. The status will automatically be changed to ‘Not-Funded’.  This process previously updated the status to ‘Not-Funded’ after 2 years.

Departments will continue to receive a monthly report of proposals that had a status update during the specified month.  If a department would like to change the status on proposal(s) that have been set to ‘Not-Funded’, a status of ‘Pending 18+ Months’ can be requested by sending an email, including proposal number to [email protected].
