With the implementation of Grants.gov Forms-F next May 2020, this is the expected transition that will take place from Coeus to InfoEd Grants and what you may need to take action on ahead of that date. This will assist you in submitting proposals during the Forms-F interim period from Coeus to InfoEd Grants:

    • May 25, 2020 Grants.gov transitions their application form sets to Forms-F.
    • Coeus  (which will become the legacy proposal system on July 1, 2020) will not be updated to accommodate Forms-F form sets.  During the 5-week interim period until InfoEd Grants go-live, any application that would normally be sent via Coeus S2S will need to be submitted instead through the sponsor system (e.g., Workspace, ASSIST, FastLane/Research.gov).
    • Important:  You will still prepare and route a Proposal Development (PD) record in Coeus to be sent for approvals in tandem with routing of the proposal in the applicable sponsor system.
    • July 1, 2020 InfoEd Grants module goes live into production and all grant applications will be prepared, routed, and submitted to sponsor (including S2S) through this module.  InfoEd contains Grants.gov Forms-F form sets to comply with the May changeover at Grants.gov.  (Training for the InfoEd Grants module will be provided well in advance of the go-live date.)

We recommend that you prepare for this transition by registering ahead for any sponsor proposal submission system account(s) and role(s) that you may need.  You can find more information about accounts and roles here:
