We hope this message finds you well and we wanted to be sure to communicate this important research administration systems announcement during this time. 

During this time of Covid-19 remote work, we are still working diligently to support Brown’s current research administration systems, Coeus and InfoEd.  We also wanted to reiterate a message sent earlier in the month to the Coeus Listserv.  It pertained to the May 25th Grants.gov Forms-F changeover to retiring System-to-System (S2S) functions in Coeus.

During this time of working remotely during Covid-19 concerns, RAIS is committed to continuing daily research administration systems support and fulfill sponsored projects reporting needs. 

The Grants Management dashboard in Workday is available to all Investigators with active awards. This dashboard displays real time information of an award's financial position and provides the ability to drill to award and expense details.

Opportunities for InfoEd training are available in several capacities as following:

• InfoEd training videos can be found in Workday Learning

  • Log into your Workday Account and click the Learning icon

  • Search 'InfoEd' to find any classes or video materials pertaining to InfoEd topics

• InfoEd training documents and guides can be found in RAIS’ Knowledge Center

Coeus Premium training is available online, 24/7, in Workday Learning.  

• Log into Workday

• Click on the Learning icon 

• Click on ‘Search for Available Learning’ 

• Search for ‘Coeus’ to retrieve all actively available Coeus online classes

Coeus Premium online classes can be completed at your own pace.
