The InfoEd COI module has replaced the legacy COI reporting system and should be used for submission of COI Assurance and Reporting forms. Previously submitted 2015 Annual Assurance and Reporting forms have been transferred from the legacy COI system into InfoEd and can be viewed there. Information on how to complete and/or view disclosures is available in the InfoEd Knowledge Center. You may also contact Jules Blyth or Rebecca Haworthin the Office of Research Integrity (ORI) with questions about your disclosures. As you enter information into the new COI reporting system, we encourage you to share your feedback.

The next annual COI Assurance and Reporting cycle kicks off in early February 2017 and will be done in InfoEd. In February we will send a separate communication to faculty and researchers who must complete an Annual COI Assurance and Reporting form with instructions for accessing the system.

The Lab Animal module, which will be used to submit IACUC protocols, is scheduled to be implemented in spring 2017, and will be followed by the proposal development and human subject modules. Throughout the implementation period, updates on our progress will provided on this website, or you may subscribe to the InfoEd Project Listserv.

We invite everyone from the research community to share ideas, questions, and concerns throughout the course of the InfoEd project via the website's feedback link. We appreciate your support as we implement InfoEd, and we look forward to improving efficiency and reducing administrative burden for our research community in the year to come.
