Beginning on May 15, 2023, if you encounter a technical issue when using the Huron e-Submission System for IRB, please submit a Huron Support ticket using the following steps:

  1. Log in to this page
  2. Fill out the ticket fields completely following these steps (be sure to choose the correct Request Type in Step 2):

3. Be sure to click Submit (Step 9) when done.

You will then receive on-screen confirmation as well as an email confirmation that your ticket has been submitted.
