IMNI's Executive Committee consists of eight members, presenting different research interests of IMNI.

IMNI's administrative staff of five includes an Assistant Director, Manager, Program Coordinator, and an Administrative Assistant, Operations. The staff promotes team building and oversees proposal preparation, block grant management, seminars, special functions, purchasing, and billing/support for the core research facilities.
IMNI manages three major core research facilities: Microelectronics Facility, Electron Microscopy Facility, NanoTools Facility - and the Joint Engineering/Physics Instrument Shop. This is the team that operates these facilities.
