Post-Doctoral Position Available at CLANLab:

The Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate with an interdisciplinary expertise in mindfulness, meditation and cross-cultural psychiatry. READ FULL DESCRIPTION HERE

The minimum requirements for a successful candidate include: a PhD or MD in psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, or other related field (anthropology, sociology, religious studies); a strong publication record, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Experience in statistics, programming, psychophysiology (particularly EEG), and/or qualitative research is highly desirable. Candidates with training in the social sciences are encouraged to apply. Ideally, the applicant will have experience with meditation and/or mindfulness-based interventions from at least one, and preferably several, disciplinary perspectives and an interest in pursuing this line of research or scholarship.
