Angus spent his undergraduate years at Brown University working with Prof Sean Ling. Now a graduate student at Brown, Angus works with Prof. Jay Tang and Prof. Derek Stein, studying the dynamics of how rod-like viruses move through solid-state nanopores, small nanoscale holes drilled in very thin silicin nitride membranes. When not in lab, Angus is involved in a local bocce league.
