Summer Gonsalves, CEC State Agencies Liaison, has joined the Rhode Island Department of Health Community Health Assessment Group. 

The Community Health Assessment Group's mission is to develop a statewide surveillance system to monitor Rhode Island's progress to improve the social, economic, and environmental conditions that impact health.  The group meets quarterly to discuss health equity measures, community health assessments, and pilot projects.
