Join us at the Sheridan Center to hear guest faculty from various institutions share their experiences as a faculty member, and their career paths that led to their academic positions. Robin Fleming is Professor and Chair of the Department of History at Boston College. She earned her B.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and she specializes in the study of Anglo-Saxon and Anglo-Norman England and of material culture. Among her many grants and honors have been fellowships from the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Guggenheim Foundation, and the Radcliffe Institute. She is a 2013 MacArthur Fellow.
