Case studies engage students and promote their interest in the subject through an inquiry-based approach to learning. Case-based learning also allows students to practice problem solving skills. Come to this workshop to learn how to create and teach with case studies. We will discuss what makes a good case study, how to promote group work, and what learning outcomes are possible.
