Impostor syndrome—the feeling that one is a fraud or not qualified—affects many individuals at various points in their lives. This workshop is designed for graduate students who may be experiencing this imposter phenomenon in the context of their teaching or their roles as TAs. We will discuss how graduate students facing imposter syndrome can be effective TA instructors. We will further explore ways graduate TAs can support students who are facing imposter syndrome.
