This lunch is an opportunity for you to meet with Dean of the Faculty Kevin McLaughlin (English) in a small-group setting and learn more about the work of his office and about tenure and promotion at Brown. It is also a chance for you to get answers to questions and concerns you have about being a junior faculty member at Brown. The Junior Faculty Roundtable is a series of lunches designed to bring new and junior faculty together with campus leaders and senior colleagues to explore a variety of faculty issues.
