This workshop, led by Sheridan Center Associate Director Jessica Metzler, introduces strategies for engaging students during the first days of class. We will discuss techniques for gauging student learning and explore ways to use feedback and reflection to become a more effective instructor. We will also allow ample time to discuss your teaching-related questions.
