First meeting of the Brown Web Advisory Group.

December 2017

The Web Advisory Group attended presentations from finalists in the Request for Proposals (RFP) process and provided ranking selections.

February 2018

Brown officially kicked off our engagement with the agency partner to rebuild brown.edu. The Web Advisory Group participated in discovery sessions with the selected agency partner.

Spring 2018

The Web Advisory Group examined key deliverables from Brown’s agency partner, including information architecture.

June to September 2018

User experience design phase.

August 2018

New University events system released to power events across brown.edu.

September 2018 to January 2019

Development phase.

April 2, 2019

Launch of a new homepage and sites appearing in the primary navigation for brown.edu.

Summer 2019 and beyond

Phased rebuild of the majority of brown.edu websites.
